30-Day Limited Warranty (BSBMINERS)

All products purchased from BSBMINERS.com include a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

During this 30-day period, we will assist with:

  • defective hardware issues

  • products that fail under normal use

  • items that arrive with functional defects not caused by shipping damage

If your product experiences an issue within this period, please contact us with:

  • your order number

  • a detailed description of the issue

  • photos or videos (if applicable)

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • troubleshooting support

  • replacement parts

  • a replacement unit

  • or another appropriate resolution

Warranty Conditions

To qualify under our 30-day warranty:

  • the product must be used under normal operating conditions

  • no physical damage, misuse, or improper handling

  • no unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • proper power supply and environmental conditions must be maintained

We reserve the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet these conditions.



Manufacturer Warranty (After 30 Days)

After the initial 30-day warranty period, all warranty support is handled directly through the manufacturer.

Most products we sell include a manufacturer warranty that may cover defects for a longer period (varies by product and brand).

We will still help guide you in the right direction by:

  • providing manufacturer contact details

  • assisting with basic troubleshooting

  • helping you understand the warranty process

However, BSBMINERS.com is not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions or processing times.



What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • damage caused by improper setup or incorrect voltage/power supply

  • overclocking or operation outside recommended specifications

  • physical damage (drops, liquid exposure, etc.)

  • normal wear and tear

  • damage caused by third-party accessories

  • firmware modifications not approved by the manufacturer

  • cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality



DOA (Dead on Arrival)

If your product arrives non-functional, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will prioritize DOA cases and work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or appropriate solution.



Shipping & Warranty Claims

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is confirmed to be a defect

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns



Important Notes

  • Warranty coverage begins on the delivery date, not the order date

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims

  • Warranty terms may vary slightly depending on the specific product
