All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the label has been created.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we may contact you to confirm the details, which could delay shipment.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
BSBMINERS.com is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly first. If you still need help, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
International Shipping
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.

Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Return Shipping

Refunds

Order Cancellations
